Put your 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon in a mixing bowl and add in 2 tbsp of warm water. Mix to dissolve the chicken bouillon to a liquid. If the chicken bouillon is a paste, add 1 more tbsp of warm water and mix.
Crack your 4-5 eggs into the chicken bouillon.
Add your 1.5 tbsp sesame oil, sprinkle of black pepper, and sprinkle of salt. The chicken bouillon will make the egg savory, so not a lot of salt is required.
Mix everything until well combined.
Add in your chopped green onion and mix again.
Heat up your 1.5 tbsp of cooking oil and 1 tbsp of chili oil.
Once hot (make sure it’s HOT), pour in the egg green onion mixture.
Top your egg with crab.
Stir fry until mostly cooked.
